By using this website you agree to these terms. The website is run by Eastgardens Tyres and Mechanical to tell you about our services and let you request a booking. Please use it lawfully and don't try to interfere with how it works.

2. Booking requests

• Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We'll call or email you to confirm a time.
• If you need your car looked at urgently, please call the workshop.
• Please give accurate details so we can reach you. If we can't contact you, we may not be able to hold a time for you.
• If you can't make your booking, please let us know as early as you can.

3. Quotes and prices

We don't publish fixed prices online, because the cost depends on your car and what it needs. Ask us for a quote when you book or when you drop your car off.

4. Information on this website

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, including services, opening hours and contact details. It's general information only, and things can change. If something matters to you, please confirm it with us by phone.

Some photos on this website are illustrative and may not show our own workshop, staff or customers' cars.

5. Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Repairs, servicing and inspections are carried out under the terms agreed with you when you bring your car in.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss caused by relying on general information on this website, or by the website being unavailable, or by links to other websites we don't control (such as Google Maps or social media).

7. Content and trademarks

The text, logo and design of this website belong to Eastgardens Tyres and Mechanical or are used with permission. Vehicle and tyre brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the makes we service and the brands we fit. It doesn't mean those brands endorse us.
